Here, our goal is to provide you with the greatest possible purchasing experience. However, once a product is sold or delivered, we are unable to replace or accept returns of opened or used items because they cannot be reused.
Sprazzatta is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.
If the goods is received damaged (broken, leaky, or otherwise), a refund or replacement will be issued only if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof of unboxing.
This Policy excludes coverage for damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.
Shipping charges can vary depending on the goods, packing, size, volume, type, and other factors. Shipping and handling charges are revealed at the time of check out, and consumers will be notified of this before making payments.
