Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over ₹60 or 80 within India.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.
